Conference Refund Policy

  1. All cancellations and refund requests must be sent to the ELTA office via email at office@elta.org.rs. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
  2. Registrations cancelled by Tuesday, 12 April 2022 (31 days before the start of the Conference) will receive a 50% refund.
  3. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after Wednesday, 13 April 2022 (within 30 days of the start of the Conference).
  4. No refunds will be granted for unattended participation, in case of cancellation of speakers, or any other incidents during the Conference beyond the conference organisers’ control.
  5. Cancellation requests generally will be approved or declined within 30 days of receipt.
