- All participants’ cancellations and refund requests must be emailed to the ELTA office at office@elta.org.rs. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
- Registrations cancelled by Tuesday, 14 April 2026 (31 days before the start of the Conference) will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after Wednesday, 15 April 2026 (within 30 days of the start of the Conference).
- No refunds will be granted for unattended participation, the cancellation of speakers, or any other incidents during the Conference beyond the conference organisers’ control.
- Cancellation requests generally will be approved or declined within 30 days of receipt.
- Refund requests for speaker attendance are non-refundable since their slots are reserved upon abstract confirmation.
- Cancellation by the Sponsor: To cancel a sponsorship, the Sponsor must submit a written request to the Sponsorship Contact. The cancellation date is the date the written request is received. If the Sponsor cancels, refunds are issued according to the timeline below. Any non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g., printing, branded materials, bank/processing fees) may be deducted from the refund.
Refund schedule (based on request received):
On or before 31 December 2025: 75% refund
On or before 14 February 2026: 50% refund
15 February–16 March 2026: 25% refund
On or after 17 March 2026: no refund
