- All cancellations and refund requests must be emailed to the ELTA office at office@elta.org.rs. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
- Registrations cancelled by Tuesday, 16 April 2024 (31 days before the start of the Conference) will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after Wednesday, 17 April 2024 (within 30 days of the start of the Conference).
- No refunds will be granted for unattended participation, in case of cancellation of speakers, or any other incidents during the Conference beyond the conference organisers’ control.
- Cancellation requests generally will be approved or declined within 30 days of receipt.
