📝 Submission Guidelines:
- Word Limit: 700-800 words
- Use Calibri, 12 pt. font, black
- Include your name and email (top left of the first page)
- Mention your chosen subtopic (top right of the first page)
- Title: All caps, centred, with “by [Name]” underneath
- Paragraphs should be justified, indented, and without extra spacing
- Attach a photo and a 50-word bio
