Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade and the Regional English Language Office (RELO) are generously offering grants* to facilitate and inspire the involvement of 35 teachers and educators from Serbia and the region. These grants provide comprehensive support, including coverage for registration fees, travel expenses, and accommodation, ensuring participants can fully engage in this exciting opportunity.
Grant Application Criteria:
To apply for the grant, you need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Write a brief motivational letter (up to 100 words) explaining why you want to attend the Conference.
- After the Conference, you will need to submit a brief report describing the impact of the event on your teaching style. This report will be published in the ELTA Newsletter.
Conference Highlights:
- The Conference has been accredited** by the Institute for Educational Advancement (16 CPD points).
- Geographical coverage to support teachers from less developed areas.
- Priority will be given to those who haven’t received an ELTA conference stipend.
Application Process:
Complete the Conference Grant Application Form by 10 April 2024. Decisions will be emailed to successful applicants by 20 April 2024.

**Please note that the official ZUOV certificates can be issued only to teachers at Serbian state schools who attend both days of the Conference.
