By registering to attend the 2024 ELTA Serbia Conference, you expressly agree to adhere to ELTA’s code of conduct and any and all protocols implemented by ELTA, any facilities or venues at which the conference is to be held, or any third-party organizations providing services, recreation, or entertainment at the conference. Your agreement to comply with applicable protocols and code of conduct is a condition of your attendance at the 2024 ELTA Serbia Conference.
As an ELTA Serbia Conference attendee in Belgrade, Serbia, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I agree to participate in and abide by all safety protocols implemented on-site by ELTA Serbia. I agree to comply with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia issued medical directives. For more information, visit their website: https://covid19.rs/homepage-en/
I agree NOT to attend the conference if I am experiencing or exhibiting any contagious symptoms outlined by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath. For a list of symptoms, please visit the CDC website.
I agree NOT to attend the conference if I have become recently exposed to a person or animal with a positive and confirmed case of COVID-19 or if I have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
I acknowledge the contagious and evolving nature of contagious diseases and voluntarily assume any and all risks as a result of my attendance at the 2024 ELTA Serbia conference. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any expense, liability, illness, injury, disability or death during or after the conference. In consideration of my registration for and attendance at the 2024 ELTA Serbia conference, I hereby irrevocably and forever release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless ELTA Serbia and each of its affiliated partners and sponsors, including without limitation, their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from all claims arising out of or connected to. I understand and agree that this release of liability includes any claims against ELTA Serbia, as well as conference personnel or representatives, whether an infection occurrence exists before, during, or after attendance and participation at the conference.
ELTA Serbia reserves the right to cancel any events because of low registration or events beyond ELTA’s control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different event or receive a full refund.
Consent to Use of Recorded Images and Audio
By registering, attending, or participating in meetings and other activities sponsored by ELTA Serbia, you agree to allow ELTA Serbia to record, reproduce, and distribute your image or voice in photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, and any other methods of reproduction now and in the future.
