The Training of Trainers (TOT) was held on October 31 in Belgrade at the headquarters of the Association teaching the trainers program-specific skills and providing time to practice delivering these skills prior to presenting them within the organization.
The goal of the TOT process was to give the new trainers the background knowledge, skills and practical experience. After completing the TOT and mentoring process, trainers are now able to use effective instructional methods, deliver the training and technical assistance components of the program and fulfil the responsibilities of a certified trainer.
