Representing the English Language Teachers’ Association (ELTA) Serbia, Nenad Miladinović recently participated in the Erasmus+ training course “Managing a Diverse Classroom: Facing Upcoming Challenges.” The event was held at the Language Campus Academy in the vibrant setting of Tenerife, Spain, from January 6th to 11th, 2025.
Organised under an ELTA Serbia Erasmus+ project, this engaging and practical training aimed at equipping educators with fresh insights and innovative methods to effectively handle heterogeneous classrooms. Led by highly accomplished trainers Marta Arroyo Vidal and Maja Balcerzyk, the sessions stood out due to their exceptional quality, depth, and practicality. Participants gained valuable expertise in managing classroom diversity, fostering inclusive learning environments, and addressing the evolving educational challenges of today.
Nenad returns inspired and eager to implement these strategies, contributing positively to educational practices within ELTA and beyond.
