ARE WE THERE YET? WILL WE EVER BE THERE?
The world has changed profoundly in the wake of the pandemic. As educators, we find ourselves navigating an increasingly digital, less human, and more uncertain landscape. These shifts bring a unique set of challenges for K12 students, many of whom seem ill-equipped for the complexities of this new reality. At the same time, teachers are facing ever-steeper demands and pressures in their professional lives.
In his plenary session, ARE WE THERE YET? WILL WE EVER BE THERE?, Grant Kempton delves into why building confidence in both students and teachers has never been more crucial. This session will provide thought-provoking insights and actionable strategies to:
- Rethink approaches to teaching and learning that prioritize confidence-building.
- Craft learning journeys that maximize student potential while addressing their evolving needs.
- Minimize teacher workload without compromising the quality of education.
This plenary is not just another motivational presentation. It is an opportunity to reflect deeply on the tools and approaches we need to thrive in a world that constantly demands adaptation and resilience.
