This year, the EVE group and ELTA Serbia plan to offer another round of a leadership mentoring programme for eight selected Serbian female classroom teachers. The mentoring is designed to equip participants with the skills and confidence to present at international online conferences and local professional development events.

EVE, Equal Voices in ELT, is an organisation working to achieve gender equality and local representation at conferences and other English language teaching events.
