The Embassy of the United States of America in Belgrade is pleased to announce the opening of the 2026- 2027 Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program competition. 🎓🌍
The Fulbright TEA Program will bring approximately 100 international secondary-level teachers to the United States for a six-week programme in January 2027 or September 2027. Participants will attend academic seminars for professional development at a host university and observe and share their expertise with teachers and students at the host university and at local secondary schools.
Who can apply? ✅
- Dedicated middle and high school teachers in Serbia
- Full-time educators with at least 3 years of teaching experience
- Teachers of English, STEM subjects, social sciences, languages, journalism, and special education
What is it about? ✨
- A fully funded, six-week professional development programme in the United States
- Hands-on academic seminars and classroom collaboration with U.S. teachers
- Sharing ideas, best practices, and inspiration across borders
