ELTA Serbia is inviting colleagues to submit speaker proposals for the 24th ELTA Serbia International Conference, titled “No Borders, Just Bridges: The Global Reach of English Teaching”, taking place 15–16 May 2026 in Belgrade. The deadline for speaker proposals is 30 December 2025.
The conference theme reflects a commitment to building and strengthening connections among people and institutions. As today’s global lingua franca, English supports the exchange of experience, the sharing of ideas, and the creation of professional networks—helping the community of English teachers become more resilient and more effective.
The programme welcomes practical insights, research-informed practice, and collaborative projects—the kind that turn “bridges” from a metaphor into everyday classroom outcomes.
The event will be accredited by the Institute for Educational Advancement (ZUOV), ensuring that participants’ learning meets recognised professional development standards.
