Standing before a packed conference hall in Sofia, Aleksandra felt the familiar mix of nerves and anticipation. For years, she has been a workshop presenter, sharing practical ideas in small, interactive settings where discussion flows easily. This time was different. Aleksandra had been invited to deliver a plenary talk at the BELTA Bulgaria conference on a topic close to her heart: “Poetry in the AI Classroom”.
Preparing for a plenary feels like preparing for a performance. One is not only sharing ideas, but also setting a tone, offering perspective, and inviting conversations that continue beyond the session. Her focus was to do justice to the theme: how poetry can find a new voice and renewed relevance in the age of artificial intelligence.
