Yals is pleased to announce that the U.S. Embassy and RELO Belgrade are generously providing 20 grants to less-advantaged teachers from less-resourced areas of Serbia and other RELO Belgrade countries to support their attendance at the 2025 Yals Annual Conference, taking place at the Palace Hotel in Belgrade on Saturday, 11 October 2025.
Each grant covers a return bus ticket, a one-night hotel stay with breakfast on Friday, 10 October 2025, and the conference registration fee.
Grant applicants must be English language teachers who reside outside Belgrade and work in state schools. Applications are submitted via the Google form: 2025 Yals Conference Grant Opportunity Application Form
Grant recipients will be required to submit a short report on the conference by 21 October 2025.
The application closes on 30 September 2025.
All applicants will be notified by email of the outcome of their grant application by 6 October 2025.
